This is a realistic and surprisingly well-done short book for traveling light - very light.I've gone on one day business trips where I worried about getting stranded overnight because I was booked on the last flight out. In my business career I've spent the night a few times in airport hotels and even in airports due to cancelled flights during inclement weather. When there's a possibility of getting stranded, I've starting bringing along a few things in a large tote bag that doubles as a briefcase - just in case. In a way it has become a challenge to figure out how to squirrel away some essentials, without actually bringing along luggage.
I thought this had excellent advice. I picked up a few tricks I didn't already know about traveling really light and plan to incorporate in my next one-day trip when I need "insurance."

First, I want to say that I respect anyone who attempts to help others by writing. Unfortunately, this book did not contain the information I hoped for. Basically, the only thing the book said was use shampoo from the hotel and wear your clothes more than once.
